Terms & Conditions

1. Membership: ASAAA membership is offered on an annual basis, subject to acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and payment of the applicable membership fee as advertised at the time of sign-up.

2. Fees & payment: membership fees, promotional pricing and payment methods are as displayed on the sign-up materials. Fees are processed securely via our payment partner once payment processing is live.

3. Activities & Liabilities: Aviation, Tourism, Financial Products and related activities promoted to members carry inherent risk. Members participate at their own discretion, where applicable, will be asked to sign separate waivers with third-party operators, product owners and activities.

4. Cancellation. Membership fees are non-refundable.

5. Privacy: Information collected at sign-up is used to administer your ASAAA membership and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required to process payment or as required by law.

6. Third Parties Standard Terms and Conditions: These include, inter alia:- The Standard Terms & Conditions of The Amrho Group of Companies, Nasafrica Group, Calcosa, Nickicom, Fly Toucan and African Wings and includes subsidiaries and associated companies.

7. Code of Conduct: The Codes of Conduct of ASAAA and these companies together with their subsidiaries and associated companies must be adhered to at all times whilst being a member of ASAAA

8. POPIA: By applying for membership to ASAAA and/or a third-party provider of ASAAA, the prospective member/ member agrees to ASAAA's POPIA Policy. Please read the full policy here: ASAAA POPIA Policy.

9. Governing Law: These terms are construed and governed by the Laws of the Republic of South Africa.
